General Policies
We take pride in our unique ability to repair and refurbish various Nintendo and other video game-related hardware. None of the items we sell in our shop are new, or in perfect condition, and we do not advertise them as such. Most of our controllers, handhelds, consoles, and other peripherals do have signs of use and wear. The pictures we take for our listings will highlight any unique marks to the item. If you would like more pictures or have questions before purchasing, please don't hesitate to ask. Our customers are our number one priority!
Warranties, Repairs, & Returns
Stang Boy Customs proudly does not have a warranty limit. We are happy to repair and/or service any product we have made since 2015. Repair fees and other charges may apply. Returns and/or refunds for custom products in good working order are not being granted at this time. Customers that are not satisfied with a working product may receive store credit towards the purchase of another product once the item is returned at the customer's expense. Customers that receive their item damaged or malfunctioning due to an error on our end will receive the utmost care. We can offer a similarly-priced replacement, credit towards the purchase of another item, complementary repairs, and/or shipping reimbursement once the damaged item has been returned in the same condition. These issues will be worked out on a case-by-case basis.
Compatibility
Our products are desinged to work with officially licensed Nintendo games, consoles, and their respective peripherials. We do not make any guarantees that our products work with any sort of new or third party items (USB controller dongles, adapters, flash carts, etc.).
Lost Or Damaged Items In Transit
Stang Boy Customs is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit by USPS, FedEX, UPS, DHL, or any other courier. We will be happy to cooperate with customers who wish to file claims for lost items, and will be happy to work out repairs and replacements at a discounted rate on a case-by-case basis.
